🇬🇧 Refund Policy – The Basics

1. General Information

This refund policy applies to all digital services and online consulting sessions booked with Wertschaetzung by Christiane Prisco LTD. As only digital services and consulting are offered, specific EU consumer rules apply.

2. Digital Content & Online Services

For digital content and online consulting:

• Once the service has been provided (e.g., a consulting session has taken place), no refund can be issued.

• If the user has expressly agreed to the immediate start of the service before the withdrawal period ends, the right of withdrawal expires in accordance with Art. 16(m) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive.

3. Appointment Bookings

For booked consulting appointments:

• Cancellation up to 24 hours before the appointment: free of charge

• Cancellation less than 24 hours before: 50% of the fee

• No‑show without cancellation: 100% of the fee

This ensures fair scheduling and availability.

4. Technical Issues

If a session cannot take place due to technical issues (e.g., internet or platform problems), a replacement appointment will be offered. A refund is only possible if no replacement appointment can be arranged.

5. Mistaken Purchases

If a user accidentally books the wrong service, a correction or cancellation can be requested within 12 hours, provided the service has not yet begun.
