(for online real estate consulting & digital services)
1. Scope
These Terms & Conditions apply to all contracts between Wertschaetzung by Christiane Prisco LTD, 13 Upper Baggot Street, 2nd Floor, Dublin D04 W7K5, Ireland (“Provider”)
, and users of the Provider’s online services, consulting services and digital content. Conflicting terms of the user shall not apply unless expressly accepted by the Provider.
2. Subject of the Contract
The Provider offers online real estate consulting, digital information services, appointment scheduling and related online services. The Provider does not act as a real estate agent.
The scope of services is defined in the respective service descriptions or individual agreements.
3. Conclusion of Contract

The presentation of services on the website does not constitute a binding offer.

By booking a service or submitting an inquiry, the user submits a binding offer.

The contract is concluded once the Provider confirms the booking or provides the service.
4. Prices and Payment

All prices include applicable VAT, where required.

Payment is made via the payment methods offered on the website.

Access to paid services is granted only after full payment.
5. Provision of Services

Consulting services are provided online or by phone at the agreed time.

Digital content is provided immediately after payment or as described.

The Provider may update or adjust content for quality or security reasons.
6. User Obligations
The user agrees to:

refrain from submitting unlawful content,

not share or distribute provided content without permission,

keep login data confidential.
7. Usage Rights
The user receives a simple, non‑transferable right to use provided digital content. Redistribution, publication or commercial use without permission is prohibited.
8. Right of Withdrawal
Consumers have a right of withdrawal under EU law. For digital content, the right of withdrawal expires once the user expressly agrees to the immediate start of the service.
9. Liability

The Provider is liable for intent and gross negligence.

For slight negligence, liability is limited to essential contractual obligations.

Liability for loss of profit is excluded to the extent permitted by law.

The Provider is not liable for decisions made by the user based on the consulting service.
10. Warranty
Statutory warranty rights for digital services under EU law apply.
11. Data Protection
Personal data is processed in accordance with the Provider’s Privacy Policy and the GDPR.
12. Changes to the Terms
The Provider may amend these Terms for valid reasons. Users will be informed in advance.
13. Applicable Law
Irish law applies. Mandatory consumer protection laws of the user’s country of residence remain unaffected.
14. Dispute Resolution
The Provider does not participate in consumer dispute resolution procedures.
